Happy Joe's Pizza & Ice Cream rolls out food truck

Happy Joe's Pizza & Ice Cream is rolling out a pizzeria food truck that will appear at high-traffic community events across the U.S.
It will be available for private bookings like birthday parties, weddings, state fairs and community and corporate events, according to a press release.
"When we say we want to meet people where they are, we're being quite literal," Tom Sacco, CEO, president and chief happiness officer, said in the release. "Happy Joe's started with a love of pizza, ice cream and celebration. Now we can bring that joy to a Friday night game, a class fundraiser or a backyard birthday — a smile is a win for us, no matter where it happens in anywhere, USA."
The mobile unit will offer Happy Joe's signature pizza and ice cream.
Happy Joe's has three company-owned and 35 franchised locations throughout the Midwest.
