Happy Joe's Pizza & Ice Cream will open in Tucson, Arizona, in early 2026. The location marks the brand's first entry into the market and a key step in its continued growth throughout the Southwest, according to a press release.
The restaurant will be located in Oro Valley and will feature Happy joe's modern prototype. It will be operated by MC2 Entertainment Group, LLC, an entrepreneurial team with roots in Iowa where Happy Joe's is headquartered.
"Our team has always known that Happy Joe's is something truly unique," said Tom Sacco, CEO, president and chief happiness officer for Happy Joe's, said in the press release. "We're thrilled to introduce Tucson to the joy, flavor and sense of togetherness that have made this brand a favorite for generations. MC2 Entertainment Group understands that spirit, and we're confident they'll bring it to life in this community."
Happy Joe's has three company-owned and 35 franchise locations throughout the Midwest with more in the pipeline.
