Humble Pie opens in St. Louis

Humble Pie, a pizzeria by St. Louis' Fozzie's Sandwich Emporium owner Mark Lucas, is opening in Richmond Heights, Missouri, according to a St. Louis Magazine report.

"I want and need to keep it simple," Lucas told the magazine earlier in the year. "The original was a massive project with, like, 20 specialty pizzas and 13 pizza sauces. The last thing I want is to do in these crazy times is do something complicated."

The pizzeria will serve Chicago tavern-style pizza as well as burgers, dirty sodas, sandwiches, salads and more.
