Hungry Howie's Pizza to open 11th Indiana location

Hungry Howie's Pizza will open its 11th Indiana location Sept. 16.

Hungry Howie’s Pizza has announced the opening of its 11th Indiana location on Sept. 16 at 227 E. State St., in West Lafayette, home of Purdue University, and will be run by twin brothers Robert and William Pitts.  

The Pitts brothers joined Hungry Howie’s Pizza four years ago as new franchisees, after more than 19 years of experience each in the restaurant industry working with Culver’s, according to a company press release. Together, they aim to open 10 additional locations around Northern Indiana in the coming years.

"The Hungry Howie’s Pizza team has been incredibly supportive from the minute I decided to franchise," Robert Pitts said. "This brand has resonated so well with the residents of Indiana and it’s thrilling to be bringing these delicious, fresh pizzas to the West Lafayette community. We are confident our pizza will be a hit with both the college students of Purdue University, as well as, the residents of this bustling city."

Founded in 1973, Hungry Howie’s Pizza has grown to almost 600 locations in 20 states.
