Imo's Pizza adds cauliflower crust

Imo's Pizza has launched a 10-inch cauliflower crust, according to a press release.

The crust is available at all Imo's Pizza locations and is also available via the app.

"We've had a lot of customers ask for a cauliflower crust, and we had to ensure we created a crust that wouldn't alter our traditional crispy thin style and taste," Nichole Carpenter, Imo's director of marketing, said in the release. "After a lot of research and sampling, we landed on a great option for our customers who are looking for an alternative and who maybe haven't enjoyed an Imo's Pizza in a while. We're really excited to add this option to our robust menu and welcome more people to the table."

Imo's has 99 locations in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.
