Incredible Pizza swallows up 96,000 square-foot abandoned Kmart

March 25, 2004

TULSA, Okla.—Springfield, Mo.-based eatertainment outlet, Incredible Pizza Company, is turning a former Kmart store here into its second outlet—using all 96,000 square feet available.

According to the Kansas City Star, this will be the second Incredible Pizza Co. unit; it will employ 325 people and is scheduled to open this summer. The company's first unit is a 42,000 square-foot site, which includes an enormous pizza and ice cream buffet, indoor go-kart and bumper-car tracks, a large arcade and a miniature golf course set in a family-style '50s diner, according to its Web site.

Like the original unit, the new Incredible Pizza will be alcohol- and smoke-free.
