Indianapolis Chuck E. Cheese settles lawsuit

Indianapolis Star: The parent company of Chuck E. Cheese has settled racial discrimination claims by nearly a dozen patrons of its Castleton, Ind., restaurant.
Black, Asian and Hispanic customers filed a federal lawsuit this year over their treatment by a former manager at the restaurant, which included being denied seating or forced to eat standing despite empty booths inside the restaurant.
