Indy Chuck E. Cheese hit with another lawsuit

Indianapolis Star: A new lawsuit raises more allegations of racist treatment by Chuck E. Cheese's and a former manager at two of the pizza chain's Indianapolis restaurants. The plaintiffs' attorney, Kenneth T. Roberts, represented other black, Asian and Hispanic customers in an earlier lawsuit against McGill and Chuck E. Cheese's.
The company resolved that case in April through an undisclosed settlement. After news of that settlement was announced, Roberts said, the new plaintiffs approached him about similar incidents.
