Interruption insurance saves burned pizzeria, staff salaries

Wichita Business Journal: Despite a 2004 fire that burned Steve Bailey's Pizza Hutto the ground, his business interruption insurance enabled him to cover nearly all his losses, plus allowed him to pay his managers who otherwise would have been jobless.
