Haaretz Daily: An Israeli judge slapped Pizza Meter with a NIS 125,000 (U.S. $25,600) fine for employing illegal foreign workers.
Labor Court Judge Ahuva Etzion imposed the fine after Pizza Meter was caught operating with four undocumented foreign workers on its rolls from 2001 through 2002.
She also fined the company's owner and manager, Bernardo Belajovich, NIS 40,000 (U.S. $8,200) for the offense.
