Detroit-style pizza brand Jet's Pizza has surpassed 10 million AI orders, equating to more than $250 million in AI sales. The brand used SMS ordering program OrderAI by HungerRush along with phone bot programs through both ConverseNow and HungerRush, according to a press release.
"Jet's has always been an extremely innovative brand working at the forefront of restaurant technology. We've been proud to partner with them in realizing their vision and in continuing to improve the product. We offer them a warm congratulations on the achievement of 10 million orders with OrderAI," Eran Hollander, chief product officer at HungerRush, said in the press release.
The text-ordering platform allows customers to save their go-to orders and reorder instantly by sending a simple text message. It retargets customers one week after making an order. Customers can text "re-pizza" to repeat their last week's order. Over the past several years, Jet's has continued to enhance the experience with the smarter order recall and expanded menu compatibility. Similarly, Jet's has continued to improve the efficiency of the phone bot program by updates and constant testing.
"Reaching this milestone is a testament of how much our customers value having this ordering option," Aaron Nilsson, CIO for Jet's America Inc., said in the press release. "Not only does it make things easier for our customers, but it allows our employees to focus on the best part of their job — pizza making."
Jet's Pizza has 460 stores in 25 states.
