Katrina activist opens pizzeria

New Orleans CityBusiness: The Louisiana man, who towed his Federal Emergency Management Agency trailer to Washington last August and met with President Bush, has opened a restaurant in Chalmette, La., a town south of New Orleans that was virtually wiped out by Hurricane Katrina. Rockey Vaccarella opened Rockey V's on June 2.
