To celebrate October as National Pizza Month, La Tagliatella is hosting a $1 pizza promotion at its Charlotte, N.C., Arlington, Va., and Atlanta locations. Today, Oct. 14 and Oct. 21, as well as Oct. 28-Nov. 1, customers can order a lunch-sized pizza for $1 from 4-7 p.m.
Every dollar customers spend during the promotion will be donated to No Kid Hungry, a campaign created to end childhood hunger in the U.S. Details of the promotion include:
"We felt like what better way to celebrate National Pizza Month than to offer our guests an incredible value with $1 pizzas AND donate all proceeds to a wonderful charity such as No Kid Hungry. It's a win-win for everyone and we are ecstatic to be a part of helping the community while treating our guests," said Michael Muldoon, U.S. Division President of La Tagliatella LLC.
Featured pizzas include the Tagliatella pizza with fried eggplant, imported Parmigiano-Reggiano, honey and balsamico glaze as well as the Bismark pizza with mozzarella, ham and a fresh cracked egg baked in the middle. All pizzas are Napoletano-style and pizza dough is made fresh every day.
Each guest who purchases a $1 pizza will also receive a Pizza Passport, entitling them to a free pizza after purchasing four regular-priced pizzas anytime in November or December.
