LAPD busts drug lab hidden in North Hollywood pizzeria

LAPD has busted a drug lab disguised as a pizza shop in Hollywood, according to a New York Post report.

The pizza shop, operating as a drug lab, cooked up THC Honey Oil. It was discovered by cops hidden in North Hollywood next to an animal hospital, according to Commanding Officer Lillian L. Carranza.

Police searched through pizza boxes and THC was found on racks typically used for food.

"We've heard of secret ingredients, but this takes the pie! It seems like criminals are getting more creative by the day," LAPD said in a social media post.

The police department did not elaborate if anyone was arrested following the raid.
