Lawsuit swirling around Pizza Hut franchisees

Pizza Hut franchisees in southern Louisiana closed their doors on Tuesday while speculations emerged that a lawsuit is brewing with the chain’s parent company.

The area’s CBS affiliate, WAFB-TV, has reported that about 30 franchised units in Baton Rouge, operated by Landry Enterprises LLC, have been accused of trademark infringement.
