Let’s Pizza introduces pizza cooking vending machine

Let's Pizza, based in Bolzano, Italy, offers a machine that makes pizza from scratch in three minutes, according to a press release. The system uses patented operational devices to measure, dose and mix ingredients, knead the dough by forming the pizza base, add fresh toppings and bake and serve the pizza to the consumer on a cardboard tray. All from scratch in three minutes.

The machines hold 100 pizzas.

Refilling and cleaning take around 20 minutes and require a trained operator with HACCP skills.

The IoT cloud platform allows remote monitoring.

The dashboard shows real-time sales data, ingredients consumption, refilling requests, operating parameters, breakdown notifications, service requests and data.

Payment devices can be integrated, according to the MDB vending protocol, including cash readers, banknote readers, credit/debit card readers and digital payments.
