Little Caesars franchisee building pizza empire

West Virginia resident Vicki Dunn-Marshall, who started working at Little Caesars Pizza in high school when she was 16, is celebrated the opening of her 19th store, according to a story on WSAZ.com.

Marshall's goal is to open 75 stores, she says.
