Little Caesars taps Wendy's SVP as CFO

Little Caesars has hired Leigh Burnside as its chief financial officer, according to a press release.

Burnside joins the company with 30 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. She most recently served as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and chief financial officer — U.S. at The Wendy's Company. In her new role, Burnside will support the strategic global growth of the brand and serve as a key member of the organization's senior leadership team.

Burnside replaces outgoing OFC Darrell Snygg, who recently retired after 34 years of service.

"Leigh is a driven strategic leader and effective collaborator who will make a strong positive impact on our business," David Scrivano, president and CEO of Little Caesars, said in the press release. "Her extensive experience in the QSR industry, coupled with her expertise in finance and accounting, make her an excellent fit for the role."

"Little Caesars is a storied brand with such rich history," Burnside said in the press release. "The brand is experiencing tremendous growth and I'm looking forward to playing a key role in continuing to solidify the company's leadership in value, quality and convenience."

Little Caesars has stores in each of the 50 U.S. states and 27 countries and territories.
