Ohio.com: In 1968, Tony Szambecki managed the first Pizza Hut in Northeast Ohio. Today, he's the chief executive of Hallrich Inc., which operates 81 Pizza Huts.

Today, Szambecki is facing many of the same challenges he faced 40 years ago.
