Lou Malnati's installing InTouchPOS

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. — Lou Malnati's Pizzerias have selected InTouchPOS by ASSAL Corp. as their point-of-sale system. InTouchPOS is a turn-key point-of-sale system using Windows 2003 server technology.
Lou Malnati's also has chosen InTouchOffice, ASSAL's Corporate Enterprise System that will allow them to automatically download and consolidate restaurant data, enabling them to create comparison reports viewable from the corporate office.
The first Lou Malnati's opened in Chicago in 1971. The company now operates 27locations in the Chicago area.
