Los Angeles Times: Several weeks after Hurricane Katrina ripped through New Orleans, Jim Ritchie's Louisiana Pizza Kitchen has reopened with far less than a full staff. The legendary pizzeria, located in the French Market section of New Orleans' French Quarter, is renowned for wood-oven pizza with crawfish and andouille and a sophisticated wine menu. Resuming business has been an arduous challenge, said Ritchie.
