Louisville Pizza Huts test Wing Street concept

The Courier-Journal: Wing Street, the deep-fried, sauced-wing concept developed by Yum! Brands Inc., has been introduced in three Louisville, Ky., area's Pizza Hut restaurants and could be on its way to more.

"So far they're doing well. They're doing what we expected them to do," said Jeff Reetz, franchisee for Louisville and Southern Indiana. "As that goes on, we'll be looking to do more in the future."
