Austin Business Journal: The owners of Mangia Chicago Stuffed Pizza are targeting Central Texas as their first outpost for significant growth. Over the past year, the award-winning pizzeria has enjoyed 36 percent sales growth and has opened its fourth location in Austin, where it is headquartered.
