Mazzio's LLC taps Craig Weiss as COO

Mazzio's LLC has hired Craig Weiss as COO, a newly created position for the brand, according to a press release.

Weiss has nearly 35 years of experience in the pizza industry, having held positions at Domino's Pizza and Papa Murphy's International. He will oversee restaurant operations, restaurant maintenance and franchisee relations for Mazzio's.

Weiss said he is thrilled to be a part of the Mazzio's family.

Mazzio's LLC is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and operates Mazzio's Pizza & Wings, Oliveto Italian Bistro and Mazzio's Go brands. Mazzio's Pizza & Wings has 104 locations.
