Mellow Mushroom brings back mushroom pie for Veganuary

Mellow Mushroom is bringing back a limited-time-only pizza in honor of Veganuary — the Miss Mushroom. Available through March 4, the pizza features garlic, fresh spinach, dairy-free mozzarella, sliced Portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions and a red sauce. It's topped with dairy-free feta crumbles and a sprinkle of chives, according to a press release.

"We're excited that Mellow Mushroom is celebrating Veganuary again this year and bringing back their famous Miss Mushroom pizza," Sandra Hungate, Veganuary U.S. director, said in the release. "Their delicious vegan options are making it easier for the growing number of people wanting to eat plant-based for animals, health and the planet, without having to give up the foods they know and love."

Mellow Mushroom operates more than 160 locations across 16 states.
