Mellow Mushroom to open new design in Atlanta this fall

Mellow Mushroom is set to open an Atlanta, Georgia, restaurant in the Grant Park neighborhood that boasts 300 feet of at-grade frontage along the Atlanta Beltline, according to a press release.

The Grant Park Mellow Mushroom features a new model that is unique from existing locations. It features an urban restaurant design with hand-painted murals, quick counter-service orderings and new flavors found exclusively at that location. Guest-facing technologies including kiosk ordering, digital menu boards and curated music are all a part of the new design for Mellow Mushroom at Grant Park.

The pizzeria is set to open this fall.

"Behind the scenes, we are committed to operational excellence with state-of-the-art technology and hope to expand this blueprint to other locations in the future," Ahsan Jiva, head of strategy at Mellow Mushroom, said in the press release.

Mellow Mushroom operates 160-plus locations across 16 states.
