Mexican firm buys Domino's Pizza franchisee

Associated Press: Mexican fast-food franchisee Alsea said June 1 that it has reached an agreement to buy Grupo Mozarella, a franchisee of Domino's Pizza in Mexico City. In a filing with the Mexican Stock Exchange, Alsea said it plans to take over the company's 22 Domino's stores. 

Alsea runs 657 stores in Mexico and Brazil, and expects to have 700 in operation by the end of the year.
