Mici 'caters' to grads

Denver micro-chain, Mici Handcrafted Italian, is helping high school and college graduates celebrate their accomplishments this year by donating money to their schools.

The five-unit chain said for every graduate in which it caters a party, the brand will give 20 percent to his or her school on orders of $100 or more. The promotion runs now through June 30.

Last year, Mici donated more than $23,000 in in-kind donations to local schools and non-profit agencies that served children and raised more than $15,000 through 52 fundraisers. So far in 2019, Mici has donated over 900 pizzas and more than $12,000 in in-kind donations.
