Denver-based Mici Handcrafted Italian will open this fall on West South Boulder Road in Lafayette, Colorado, according to a company press release. Plans for the location include the installation of a 50-seat patio and indoor seating for 45 people.
Mici CEO Elliot Schiffer said the city needs more Italian brands, making it a good next bet for the brand.
"Lafayette is a great fifth location for Mici because it is a community that cares about the quality of their food and that it is made with carefully sourced ingredients," he said in the release. "They are currently lacking in choices in the Italian space. We hope to provide the community with a place they can gather with friends and family, and share the Mici family’s traditional Italian food and hospitality."
The community outside of Boulder is north of Denver.
