Mici Italian to open 8th corporate store this summer

Mici Italian, a family-owned, seven-unit fast casual chain, will open its first location in Southglenn, Colorado, this summer. The unit will be a corporate store, according to a press release.

On the decision to expand the corporate footprint to the Southglenn area, Elliot Schiffer, Mici Italian CEO, said: "Southglenn has always been at the top of our list of markets here in Colorado into which we would like to expand. It is a growing, thriving community and a perfect fit for both our food (family recipe pizza and pasta) and our style of service (fast casual with delivery)."

The restaurant, located at 2330 E Arapahoe Rd #909, Centennial, Colorado, will have 120 seats both inside and out, and dedicated pickup and delivery stations. Catering will also be available.

Mici Italian launched its national franchise program in 2020. The company is based in Denver, Colorado.
