Mici Italian will open its eighth location in Southglenn in Centennial, Colorado, and will be a corporate store, according to a press release.
This will be the first of the brand's restaurants to debut its new look, complete with new brand assets, a new logo and a completely revamped interior decor. The restaurant will have 120 seats and dedicated pickup and delivery stations and will offer delivery and catering. The delivery radius is yet to be determined, but they are estimating that 40,000 households will be included in the zone.
"Southglenn has always been at the top of our list of markets here in Colorado into which we would like to expand," Elliot Schiffer, Mici Italian's CEO, said in the release. "It is a growing, thriving community and a perfect fit for both our food (family recipe pizza and pasta) and our style of service (fast casual with delivery)."
The company launched their National franchise program in 2019 and already has more than 50-unit commitments in Phoenix, Detroit and Dallas with more in the pipeline. The first franchise location, in Phoenix, is set to open this summer as well.
