Minnesota Vikings' lineman expands Pieology Pizzeria roster

Pieology Pizzeria has opened a new location in Maple Grove, Minnesota, near the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes. The newest restaurant is the third owned by Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman Matt Kalil.

Co-operated with his father, Frank Kalil, together they own the Pieology Pizzeria franchise rights for the entire state of Minnesota, and plan to open another 14 locations in the coming years.

"After tackling two Minnesota openings, we're excited to introduce the deliciously fun and interactive Pieology pizza experience to the tight-knit community of Maple Grove," Frank Kalil said in a news release. "Our personalized build-your-own process is something that can be shared with anyone, and we hope to inspire each of our guests to create their perfect pizza."
