At least two pizza brands are helping to raise awareness about voter registration. At Washington, D.C.-based &pizza, all 27 locations of the chain will offer in-store voter registration, as well as portals to register online through the brand's website, or by texting #vote to 200-03.
Additionally, at the 485-unit Mod Super-Fast Pizza chain, the MOD the Vote campaign will urge customers to learn about who is running and the issues and to vote on Nov. 3 through an online voter resource page and a "Mod the Vote" stamp on its boxes.
The brand is also offering its 8,500-plus employees at company-owned stores time off to vote and running first-person voter stories on its social media platforms.
