Mountain Mike's brings back lunch buffet, launches specialty salad

California-based Mountain Mike's Pizza has brought back its weekday all-you-can-eat pizza and salad bar lunch buffet. The buffet is priced at $9.99 throughout January and the brand's locations nationwide, according to a press release.

The brand has also released a Greek Salad as a better-for-you meal or complement to a pizza.

"Mountain Mike's guests crave menu options that support their post-holiday routines, budgets and resolutions whenever a new year begins, and the weekday lunch buffet, plus the expansion of our salad lineup delivers on our everyday commitment to the guest dining experience," Carol DeNembo, CMO for Mountain Mike's Pizza, said in the press release. "The exciting debut of our Greek Salad, which brings fabulous flavor and substance, plus the reintroduction of our weekday lunch buffet value-price promotion, represent the evolution of the premium pizza meal, providing our guests with even more value, convenience and tasty options to satisfy their hungry appetites."

Mountain Mike's has more than 315 locations.
