Mountain Mike's Pizza has opened a restaurant in Wilsonville, Ore., marking the pizza chain's seventh location in the state, the company has announced in a press release.
The 2,492-square-foot restaurant is owned and operated by franchisee John Sharma, who plans to expand the Mountain Mike's brand across Oregon and Washington.
"Opening our first Mountain Mike's in Wilsonville is an important first step in our long-term vision for growing with the brand across Oregon and Washington, and we see an opportunity to build something lasting here," Sharma said in the release. "My background has taught me the value of building strong foundations, and we're approaching this restaurant with a focus on operational excellence, exceptional guest service and becoming an active part of the Wilsonville community."
The restaurant features five big-screen televisions, an all-you-can-eat weekday pizza and salad lunch buffet, salad bar, kids' arcade, outdoor patio and complimentary Wi-Fi. It offers dine-in, carryout and delivery.
Mountain Mike's, known for its crispy, curly pepperoni and 20-inch Mountain-sized pizzas, has been operating for nearly 50 years and continues to expand throughout the Western U.S. and into new markets across the country.
