Mountain Mike's gives fan chance for 49ers halftime kick

Mountain Mike's Pizza, the Official Pizza of the San Francisco 49ers, is giving football fans the chance to potentially win $49,000 if they are selected in the brand's latest sweepstakes to try to kick a field goal worth that handsome sum at halftime of the team's game with the Green Bay Packers on Nov. 24.

To get a chance at the "big kick" the brand is directing those interested to go to its website and complete a form, with no purchase needed some time before Oct. 25, when the winner will be chosen randomly. 

"In our second year as the official pizza partner of the San Francisco 49ers, we wanted to get fans involved in something fun and potentially life-changing with one lucky individual scoring the chance to win $49,000," Mountain Mike's President and COO Jim Metevier, said in a news release about the promotion. 

In addition to the "Kick It With Mountain Mike's" sweepstakes, the brand is running a deal that gives customers 49% off any large one-topping pizza all football season.
