Mountain Mike's opens 2nd Oregon restaurant

Mountain Mike's Pizza is opening its second Oregon location in Roseburg in Douglas County under franchisee and area developer, Jim Smith, who owns the Oregon-based Mountain Mike's in Medford. He plans to open two more locations in Oregon this year, a news release said.
"Although we're not open at full capacity, we're excited to serve up our signature pizzas to our new neighbors in the safest way possible," Smith said in the release. "We look forward to providing a comfortable place for the community to receive the ultimate pizza experience for many years to come."
The West Harvard Avenue store will be one of more than 200 Mountain Mike's locations across California, Oregon and Utah. The chain is based in Palo Alto, California.
