Mountain Mike's opens in Fortuna, California

Mountain Mike's Pizza has expanded its California footprint with a restaurant opening in Fortuna. The restaurant is owned and operated by brothers and multi-unit franchisees Aamir and Bashir Khan of Khan Venture Group, who now own three Mountain Mike's restaurants, according to a press release.
"After experiencing with our other restaurants how effectively and frequently the family-friendly atmosphere at Mountain Mike's brings local communities together, we are proud to bring the restaurant to Fortuna, where locals can make Mountain Mike's Pizza a gathering place for years to come," Aamir Khan said in the press release. "As we continue to expand along the Northern California Coast, we are excited to deliver the brand's high-quality pizzas, guest-friendly restaurant environment and the memories created when friends and families get together to enjoy America's favorite food."
The restaurant weighs in at 3,580 square feet and has 20 big-screen televisions. Its open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily and is located in the Strong Creek Plaza.
Mountain Mike's operates nearly 270 locations.
