Mountain Mike's Pizza expands Utah presence

Mountain Mike's Pizza has opened its seventh restaurant in Utah. The store is located in Herriman and owned and operated by franchisees Lydia Faulker, Katie Hanson and Dave Wilcox. The trio has also signed an agreement to expand the brand in Arizona as well, according to a press release.
"As we begin our journey as Mountain Mike's franchisees, we are thrilled to introduce Mountain Mike's quality, flavor and family-friendly atmosphere to our hometown," Faulkner said in the release. "We can't wait to serve Mountain Mike's iconic crispy, curly pepperoni pizza to our local community, and have no doubt that everyone who tries the brand will fall in love the way we did."
Mountain Mike's operates more than 240 locations.
