Two pizza brands announced new locations this week, beginning with Mountain Mike's, which opened its first Redlands, California location. The newest store is at Eureka Street and West Pearl Avenue, a news release said.
Franchise owner and Development Agent Robby Basati said the so-called Inland Empire location is being warmly received by the community. It is one of more than 200 brand locations across California, Oregon and Utah.
Also this week, across the country in Merrillville, Indiana, Rapid Fired Pizza has opened a store on Mississippi Street with more than 2,000 square feet and seating for 50. The Kettering, Ohio-based concept has more than 30 locations in five mostly Midwestern states.
