ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Domino's Pizza named L. David Mounts its new executive vice president of finance and chief financial officer. He replaces Harry J. Silverman, who is retiring after more than 20 years with the pizza company.
According to a news release, Mounts served the past four years as CFO of UPS Supply Chain Solutions Group, a $7 billion organization providing services in 120 countries.
"We have been privileged to have Harry Silverman lead our finance and accounting functions for so many years," said David Brandon, chief executive and chairman of Domino's. "At the time Harry announced his impending retirement from the company, he vowed to stay until we had time to find a worthy successor."
Silverman will remain through the balance of 2005 to smooth the transition for Mounts.
