Mr. Gatti’s bottles proprietary buttermilk Ranch dressing

After 50 years of customer requests, Mr. Gatti's Pizza has bottled its buttermilk ranch dressing for retail sale, online and in select company locations, according to a press release.

The dressing comes packaged in 16-ounce recyclable bottles and is now available for sale at select Mr. Gatti's locations for $8.99. It's available for sale online at the company's Web site for $10.99 with shipping. The bottles will be available in select Texas grocery locations later this year, with expanded grocery distribution in 2022.

"Mr. Gatti's Famous Ranch Dressing & Dip is almost as famous with our customers as is our pizza," Travis Smith, vice president of marketing for Mr. Gatti's Pizza, said in the release. "If we couldn't match the quality of our in-house product, we weren't going to make it. It had to live up to our standards and our customers' high expectations — period. Literally 50-plus years in the making, we're thrilled to finally offer take-home bottles of our Ranch Dressing for customers old and new to enjoy at home."

The company worked with its co-packager for more than a year to perfect the recipe for distribution. The recipe is made in-house daily in the company's more than 100 stores.

Mr. Gatti's Pizza was founded in Austin, Texas, and operates 113 locations across the greater part of the southeastern United States.
