New advice from doctors: include pizza in your New Year diet

WABC-TV: If you're overweight but don't want to be and you're thinking of dieting during the new year, here's some radical advice about dieting: splurge! Eat some pizza or dive into that ice cream sundae. Many doctors and nutritionists now say it is okay to occasionally cheat on your diet — actually more than okay, they advise it.
