Lou’s Pizza Factory, a new Arlington Heights, Illinois restaurant announced its opening in the location that previously housed 30's Pizza Factory.
The pizzeria servers gluten free items, pastas, sandwiches, calzones, all-you-can-eat crab legs and a '1-carb guilt free pizza,' according to co-owner Jeffery Staadt.
"Everything we make is homemade," he said.
Staadt co-owns and operates the restaurant with Lou Castiello at 719 E. Dundee Road in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
