New Punch Neapolitan unit will mark 10th location in Twin Cities

New Central Park Commons will be home to latest Punch pizza unit.

Minnesota’s south metro region is the future home of the 10th Punch Neapolitan Pizza as Co-Owners John Puckett and John Serrano are aiming to open a location in Eagan near Yankee Doodle and Pilot Knob roads.

The unit will be in the Central Park Commons, a retail, housing and medical office development that is scheduled to open by early 2016, according to a news report at Twin Cities.

"We're excited because it's the first one we've done south of the river," Puckett told Twin Cities. "We get so many requests from people and have been looking for a while."

Punch Pizza lets customers build-their-own pies and offers specialty pizzas along with salads and Izzy's Ice Cream.
