Next Level Brands, parent company to Forbici Mordern Italian, has promoted Heather Rivas to director of operations. Rivas previous served as Boulon Brasserie and Bakery general manager, according to a press release.
Rivas has substantial experience in restaurant operators, including stints as general manager of Husk Savannah and opening general manager at Tiger Mama.
She will be responsible for leading, managing and overseeing all operational aspects of Next Level Brands' restaurants.
