Nick-N-Willy's eyes 10 take-and-bake stores in east Washington

Spokane Journal of Business: Nick-N-Willy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza plans to open 10 franchise outlets in eastern Washington and Coeur d'Alene by 2008.

The chain, which has one company-owned outlet and 64 franchise outlets, currently has plans to open another 65 new franchise outlets nationwide, said Vince Wilson, a Denver-based Nick-N-Willy's area developer for the eastern Washington and Idaho markets.
