Noble Roman's net off 54 percent

INDIANAPOLIS — Revenues at Noble Roman's Inc., the franchisor of Noble Roman's Pizza and Tuscano's Italian Style Subs restaurants, were $2.4 million for the company's first quarter ended March 31, 2008, off 17 percent compared with revenues of $2.9 million for the first quarter of 2007.
Net income for the quarter was $321K, off 54 percent compared with net income of $703K for the 2007 first quarter.
Slower growth for the company's traditional co-brand franchise concept during the first quarter more than accounted for the decrease in first quarter revenue, Noble Roman's officials said.
