Noble Roman's signs Ventura County area development agreement

INDIANAPOLIS — Noble Roman's Inc. has signed an Area Development Agreement for 18 units for its dual-branded concepts, Noble Roman's Pizza and Tuscano's Italian Style Subs, for Ventura County, Calif. The agreement includes a development schedule requiring the 18 new franchise locations to be built within the next five years.
 
The territory covered by the development schedule has a population of approximately 753,000 people.
 
During the last few months the company has announced the signing of fourteen other area development agreements for its dual-branded concept. With the signing of the Ventura County agreement, the 15 area development agreements in place thus far call for 552 units over the next five to seven years.
 
In addition, so far this year the company has entered into 79 dual-branded franchise agreements for traditional locations, 34 of which were sold through area developers.
