NY looks to pizzerias for more dough

New York Post: The Department of Taxation and Finance in New York hopes to raise $30 million from pizzerias, used-car dealers and other cash-heavy businesses who may have underestimated their sales-tax payments. The department mailed 10,000 letters to small business owners warning that they may be liable for civil or criminal charges if they are found to have lowballed sales tax payments.
